When the level of hormone in blood decreases, it stimulates the secreation of tropic hormone from Pituitary Gland. This mechanisn is called Positive Feedback Mechanism.

For example, when sugar level in blood rises, the pancreas secretes more insulin hormone to convert extra blood sugar into glycogen. As the blood sugar level falls, insulin secretion is brought down to maintain normal level convert of sugar in blood.
