What do you mean by Poverty as a challenge

poverty is a situation in which people are unable to fulfill their basic needs i. e. food, shelter, education, clothes , medical facilities etc. But mainly in India, these problems can't be eradicated until the government will not be aware. In this way, to eradicate poverty, has become challenge for us and government too.
