Poverty line means a standard wage set for a day by government.
If anybody earning less than that standard than they are come under Below Poverty Line(BPL)
Whereas one who is earning more than the desired standard then they will come under Above Poverty Line(APL)
If anybody earning less than that standard than they are come under Below Poverty Line(BPL)
