THE ABILITY OF THE EYE LENS TO ADJUST ITS FOCAL LENGTH ACCORDINGLY ,IS CALLED ACCOMODATION
It is achieved by:-
1.OBJECT AT DISTANT-
when the object is placed far away then the ciliary muscles relaxes ,eye lens becomes thin, thus focal length increases, making it possible to see
2.OBJECT AT NEAR-
When the object is placed near by,the ciliary muscles contract, eye lens becomes thick, focal length decrease ,thus making it possible to see
