• Prokaryotic cell  does not have a true nucleus or membrane-bound organelles.

• These cell varies in shape and size.

• There are 4 main shapes for prokaryotic cells , they are - Bacillus(rod shape), Coccus(Spherical shape), Vibrio(Comma shaped) , Spirillum(Spiral Shaped).

• They shows Asexual reproduction.

• Examples of Prokaryotic organisms includes - Bacteria, Mycoplasma,Certain types of Algae , etc.

Eukaryotic Cell

• Eukaryotic cells do have a true nucleus and membrane-bound organelles.

• All organisms like Protists,Fungi, Plants and Animals have this cell type.
