silkworm rearing is called as sericulture
Here the silkworm is made to feed in mulberry leaves and gradually they are provided full mulberry shoot
it lasts long from the hatching to being an adult and able to give eggs too

hey ...i think its seri culture... in this process the silk are reared to obtain silk and this are for commercial purpose... and those are the the caterpillars which are reared
