Balanced Regional Development :-

  • The balance regional development means that each and every region of a country should develop
  • Some of the states like Jharkhand Orissa are rich in resources but they are still backward and their per capita income is still very low.
  • States like Punjab and Haryana have less resources but they are well developed because of proper utilisation of resources
  • It brings equality in the society reduces the gap between poor and rich and also reduces the inter states disputes .
  • Overall it will improve the infrastructure of the country including its per capita income.
