Balanced Regional Development :-
- The balance regional development means that each and every region of a country should develop
- Some of the states like Jharkhand Orissa are rich in resources but they are still backward and their per capita income is still very low.
- States like Punjab and Haryana have less resources but they are well developed because of proper utilisation of resources
- It brings equality in the society reduces the gap between poor and rich and also reduces the inter states disputes .
- Overall it will improve the infrastructure of the country including its per capita income.
• Reserves :-
- Reserves are subsided of stock which can be put to use with the help of existing technology but they use have not been started yet .
- This can be used for meeting the future requirements .
- For example - river Water can be used for generating hydroelectrical power but presently it is utilized only to a limited extent thus the water in terms forest etc are example of reserve which can be used in the future .
