A process in living organisms involving the production of energy, typically with the intake of oxygen and the release of carbon dioxide from the oxidation of complex organic substances.

Breathing is the process of moving air into and out of the lungs to facilitate gas exchange with the internal environment, mostly by bringing in oxygen and flushing out carbon dioxide.

RESPIRATION. it is a metabolic process common to all living things.

There are two types of respiration:

• aerobic, which requires oxygen and releases lots of energy.
anaerobic, which does not require oxygen but releases much less energy per mole of starting material.

BREATHING. the process of respiration, during which air is inhaled into the lungs through the mouth aur nose due to muscles contraction and then exhaled due to muscles relaxation.

These are the three types of breath:

Clavicular breathing (how we typically breathe): Place the hands on the upper region of the chest, under the clavicles. ...

Thoracic breathing: ...

Diaphragmatic breathing: Lie down on your back.

LET'S KNOW ABOUT PICS....
1 PIC. aerobic respiration
2 PIC. anaerobic respiration
3 PIC. Clavicular breathing
4 PIC. Thoracic breathing
5 PIC. Diaphragmatic breathing
