A body at rest has no motion while a body in motion is not at rest.
Motion is defined as a state in which the object is in movement. It is often truly depicted by displacement.
When displacement is non zero, the body is said to be in motion.
When displacement becomes zero, body comes to its origin and is said to be at rest.
