Rights are conditions which allow for the fullest development of individuals' personality and have a legal sanction. They are reasonable claims which are recognized by society and sanctioned by law.
All claims cannot become rights, only those claims can be turned into rights if they fulfill the following:
a. The claims are to be reasonable enough to be recognized as rights.
b. Claims must be made available to others in equal measure.
c. They should be recognized by a society.
d. Claims need to be sanctioned by the law, only then they become rights as they have a legal backing.
