The simple definition of rule of law is that every one is equal before the rules and regulations and administration it doesn't matter victim is the son of a poor person or the political leader.

Every power enjoy equal powers with out any discrimination. And all rules and regulations and laws are equal for everyone and in the eyes of laws all are equal.

This law is prevailing most of the almost in all democratic government such as india, usa.
