Hey there !

The word is actually Secularism.

Secularism refers to the practice of living in a country where the religion of a person is not given much importance and all are treated equal under the eyes of law.

A person living in a secular country can practice any religion of his choice provided that he does not inculcate violence in the residing area or among is fellow members.

The best example for a Secular country would be India.

Hope my answer helped !
