here is your answer mate

Socialism is an economic and political system where the ways of making a living (factories, offices, etc.) are owned by the workers who run them and the people who depend on them, meaning the value made belongs to the people who make it, instead of a group of private owners.

Socialization:

Every individual who lives in the society has to follow the norms of the society and as a result, they become social beings. Re-Socialization is the process where the person does away with their earlier behaviour patterns and accepts new ones as part of changes in one’s life.

Anticipatory socialization is when a person learns the culture and norm of a group in anticipation of joining the group.

EXPLANATION:

The process of socialization helps a person to evolve in their personality. The process of Socialization makes them respond to society. But due to the pressures of society they change due to re-socialization or due to anticipatory socialization.
