Spelling and Grammar usually refers to the button present in the Review tab of Ms Word which helps identifying errors in spellings and common grammartical mistakes...it also suggests similar words which one may be looking for...
The Auto Correct feature of Spelling Check and Grammar helps in correction of erros automatically by indicating the errors by a red gravy line under them..
