There are many full forms of SPM but two of them are mainly common and they are :

Semi-Permeable Membrane & Suspended Particulate Matter.

Here, the Semi-Permeable membrane means it is a type of synthetic or polymeric membrane which allows certain molecules or ions to pass through it by the process of diffusion.

And, Suspended Particulate Matter means it is fine divided solids or liquids that may distribute the air from combustion processes or industrial activities.
