Physical education basically refers to education in as far as exercises, gymnastics, athletics are concerned. It is education focusing on the physical activities. Therefore strength in physical education means putting more effort in teaching these things. Emphasizing more on physical activities instead of just focusing on theoretical lessons taught in class. There is a saying that says work without play makes Jim a dull boy so learning without physical activities makes learning difficult for kids.
