What do you mean by substitute goods, complementary goods, giffen goods?

Substitute goods :- The goods which can be substituted with one another for the satisfaction of a human need are called substitute goods.

Complementary goods :- The goods which are used together to satisfy a particular want are called complementary goods.

Giffen goods :- Special types of inferior goods whose demands increases with increase in income and vice versa.
