Resource-A resource is a source or supply from which a benefit is produced and that has some utility.Resource can broadly be classified upon their availability-they are classified into renewable and non-renewable resources.Example of renewable resource are air,sunlight,trees,fish etc.Example of non-renewable resources are coal,crude oil etc.

1.A substance is a resource if it helps us to satisfy our needs.

2.When any substance have value and utility then the substance is said to be resource.
