what do you mean by testis

It is a part of the male reproductive system.
Testes produces sperms in the scrotum.

In males there are two testis in a scrotum.They are mainly involved in production of sperms. Each testis contain many lobules and each lobule have many seminiferous tubules which are highly coiled about 80cm in length.
