What do you mean by the sepration of power in an independent judiciary

actually governance diveded in some parts because of no interfere of parliamentary in public justice, parliament can be wrong in decisions due to get votes or pressure of other opposition parties while judiciary take any decisions under constitution of india (sambidhan) and they are highly educated in law thats why separation of power is necessary.
