A leap year is an year with 1 extra day i e 366 days . This extra is formed by the accumulation of 4hrs and after every 4 year an year is a leap year.This extra day is added in february and February 29 is only in leap years. To find whether an year is leap year not just divide it by 4 if it is divisible then it is a leap year otherwise not
