By the term "one person, one vote, one value" we mean that each adult citizen must have one vote and each vote must have one value. It states that everyone in the country irrespective of caste, creed and income earned is allowed to vote i.e., the choice and opportunity is available to all the citizens on an equal basis. It also states that each person should not have more than one vote. This statement stresses on political equality. Hence, this policy is followed in a democracy.
