- Basically, this term refers to the time period in the parliament of asking and answering questions related to the matter of public importance.
- There are three types of questions asked and have different systems of answering those questions.
- Starred Questions :- In simple words, starred questions means the questions that are asked orally where they must give the answer just after that.
- Unstarred Questions :- It means the questions that are asked them in a written form which they must answer within 14 days.
- Short Notice Questions :- It means the questions that may be asked with a short notice that must be answered within 10 days, related to the matter of urgent importance.
Note :- A question must not ordinarily exceed 150 words.
