Rancidity means spoilage of food by oxidation

Most of the food gets spoiled by bacteria and fungi . Where we use preservatives as a solution

But when it comes to rancidity we use antioxidants.the Kurkure packets all are puffed up when sealed because it is filled with antioxidants.
