⊙ NET FORCE ⊙ A net force is the sum of all forces acting on an object. There may be several forces acting on an object and when you add up all of those the result comes is the net force acting on an object.
⊙ If two forces acting on an object acts on the opposite direction then the net force acting on the object is the sum of the two forces.
⊙ if two forces acting on an object acts on opposite direction then the net force acting on the object is the difference between the two force.
⊙ If the two forces acting on the object acts on opposite direction and with same magnitude then the resulting net force is equal to 0.
