Answer:

Those who effectively navigate the waters of change reveal a level of intelligence that exceeds those who don't. No matter what level of formal education one may have achieved, those with the ability to change are intelligent. It used to be called COMMON SENSE. Mr. Einstein would have called it intelligence.

The measure of intelligence is the ability to change" by Albert Einstein, we can't define time if the things aren't changing . change shows us the path of survival , whenever we are in hardcover circumstances. refining our information in mind , changing it accordingly ,means becoming intalligent .

according to Darwin's theory , living beings changes their inner version according to surrounding.every small change affects each and every thing . the little change in environment can change the thoughts in human minds . if we are not changing with the time that means we haven't learned anything from life . Every little change can make a drastical improvement in our life , like a butterfly effect . if we are making little change everyday like for first day read 1page , for 2nd day read 2 pages , for 3rd day read 4 pages , it grows exponentially and builds confidence without getting too much friction. that's why it says that "The measure of intelligence is the ability to change".
