Total income is measured as a criteria for development because people can buy everything they need with the help of money. Income will lead to economic stability in a country too further it will lead to development of a society and nation itself .As income is the everything everyone need for development as money will help them to buy all thing, to get education, it will provide good medical facilities further.So development of a nation is measured by its income development. But there are certain limitations to it.
