Answer:

A tropical cyclone is also known as typhoon or hurricane .It is a rapidly rotating storm system characterized by a low-pressure center, a closed low-level atmospheric circulation, strong winds, and a spiral arrangement of thunderstorms that produce heavy rain or squalls. It is very destructive in nature. It only forms in low pressure zone. It is the convection currents that causes warm, moist air above the ocean to rise. They begin as a group of storms when the water gets as hot as 27 °C or hotter. The Coriolis effect created by the Earth's rotation causes the winds to rotate fast and faster than before . Warm air quickly rise and thus forming a tropical cyclone .(It generally originates in tropical areas)
