TROPISM OR TROPIC MOVEMENT :- Tropism the directional movement of plant either towards stimulus or away from it is called tropic movement.

Parts of tropic movement are:-

1- phototropism :- the directional movement of plant towards light is called phototropism.

2- Hydrotropism ;- the directional movement of plant towards water is called hydrotropism.

3- chemotropism :- the directional movement of plant towards chemical is called chemotropism.

4- gravitropism :- the directional movement of plant towards gravity is called Gravity.
