Answer:

This process is called ultrafiltration; the resulting fluid, virtually free of large proteins and blood cells, is referred to as glomerular filtrate, or ultrafiltrate. Further modification of ultrafiltrate, by reabsorption and secretion, transforms it into urine

Ultrafiltration :-

Ultrafiltration may be defined as the process of filtration of very minute substances through a semi permeable membrane while the colloidal particles are retained from it. It is a high pressure filtration in which the solutes and solvents are forced to move across the semi permeable membrane because of the hydrostatic pressure force.

Reabsorption :-

Reabsorption is a process through which essential substances like amino acid, glucose, vitamins and water are absorbed back into the blood from the glomerular filtrate after filtration. It takes place in the proximal convoluted tubule of kidney.
