Unemployment means that the person is willing to do work but not getting jobs.
Their 're two types of unemployment:
1. Seasonal Unemployment: where the person is unemployed for some months.
2. Disguised unemployment: where their is a work of 5 members but 7 members 're doing the same work. More than the requirements.
