- If any malpratices are being practised by the candidate. this includes any thing or any practices that is against the code of conduct
- if the candidate is using the name of relegion. If the candidate is trying to confess the voters in the name of relegion his application can be rejected.
- if people or voters are forced to vote for 1 particular political party or if people or voters are not free to contest elections then this type of election can cleanly be unfair.
