What do you mean by unicellular and multicellular organisms?

Unicellular - consists of only one cell i.e. all the function are carried out by that one cell

                   example - amoeba,paramoecium, chlorella, etc.

Multicellular - consists of more than one cell .

                      example - Human being, cat, zebra, etc.
