IT MEANS IF ANYONE IS LOW STANDARD THAN ANY ONE THE ONE WHO IS OF HIGHER STANDARD DON"T LIKE THE OTHER AND WANTS TO REMAIN IN A DISTANCE THIS IS KNOWN AS UNTOUCHABILITY .
