VPP is a service just like cash on delivery, you have to attach a VPP money order slip with your parcel, after the delivery the customer will pay the charge(along with money order commission Rs.5/- for every Rs.100), and the post office will send the money to you through Money order. You will receive it from your post man on your door steps.
Max amount you can send through emoneyorder is Rs.5000/- so you should make sure that your product is less than or equal to Rs.5000/-.
