what do you mean by velocity, acceleration and displacement?

Velocity is the displacement of the body per unit time.
Acceleration is the veocity of the body per unit time.
and Displacement is the distance travelled by the body in particular straight line.

velocity :- it is a physical vector quantity.
acceleration :- it is the rate of change of the velocity of an object.
displacement :- it is the shortest distance from the initial to the final position of a point P.
