consumer awareness means the awareness of consumer about the product that he/she had purchased.It means having knowledge about the positive and negative effects of that product.It means knowing the complete information of that product.It also means knowing the rights given to consumers from being exploited.
Its needs has arises due to the following reason:-
1) nowadays consumers are exploited by the shopkeepers. In order to reduce this problem ,its needs arises.
2)today there are many products which leaves bad effects on our body.In order to prevent us from those products ,its needs arises.
3)nowadays shopkeepers exploit the consumers in many ways.In order to know the rights given to consumers, its needs arises.
