The term refers to the work that is completed and acknowledged by the surveyor.

  • It is the work where the contractee's surveyor or engineer will evaluate the work completed under the agreement.
  • Then they provide a certificate detailing the worth of the work completed to date and authorised by him.
  • Based on job certification, revenue is recorded in the books.
  • In the event of lengthy contracts, the sum that the client must pay the contractor is dependent on the sales value of the completed work as determined by the architect.
