It is a SACRIFICE physically, mentally, or spiritually practice for our body.It is defined in Rigveda. Yoga is liberation(moksha).

Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘yuj’ means, to join or to yoke. It is an ancient art based on harmonizing development system for mind, body, and soul.
It makes the body flexible and strong. Besides, yoga improves the respiratory function, digestive system, circulatory and hormonal systems and gives peace of mind.
