Steps to merge cells – First method:

• Select the cells you want to merge (row wise or column wise).

• Go to Home menu in excel.

• Click on Merge & Center.

• Click on Merge Cells.

Steps to merge cells – Second method:

• Select the cells you want to merge (row wise or column wise).

• Right click on the mouse.

• Click on Format Cells.
