Uniformly retarded motion : When velocity decreases uniformly over time .
Eg: You are standing at the tip of a hill and you are about to climb the hill. You run and start climbing at a velocity of 20m/s. After 1 sec , it becomes 19m/s , then next second, 18m/s . But , the acceleration is constant i.e. -1m/s².
