In C column = 4 ⁻¹

4 ⁻¹ = 1/4 ( for making exponent positive , we have to reciprocal of the base.

Like  3 ⁻¹ = 1/3

Now look on Column F, we can relate it with column E

4⁻² = 1/4¹⁶ ( in this reciprocal  of base and squaring the base)

Now in Column H , relate to column G

4⁻³ = 1/4⁶⁴( in this reciprocal  of base and cubing the base)
