The butterfly has a four staged life cycle. The adult butterfly lays eggs on a plants which act as a food for their development. The larvae are known as caterpillars.The Caterpillar rapidly grown in a pupa. After the completion of all the stages of metamorphosis the pupal skin spirits. The adult insects climb out of the pupal skin and expand its wind.
When the winds dry the insects flies away.
