When a dry blue litmus  paper is dipped in a concentrated sulphuric acid then the COLOR WILL CHANGED TO RED.

Explanation: concentrated sulphuric acid is a strong acid ,which means it strongly disassociates  into its constituent ions namely hydrogen and sulphate ions. These hydrogen ions react with blue litmus paper and turning litmus paper into red.
