So, after addition of sugar syrup no more osmosis will take ... Boiling Shall kill the rheo leaves and cells will be dead.....

Answer:

Generally, Rheo leaves are discoloured during boiling process. On further boiling, the cells will die. Though the sugar solution (hypertonic) is added on to the boiled Rheo leaves, there is no change observed.
