The habit of late rising is one of the factors of brain damaging. If you will rise late, it is a must reason that you have slept late.
Remember, the proverb, "Early To Bed Early To Rise" this means that you should always sleep early and wake up early. If you will sleep late it will damage your brain and will decrease your memory power. Same in the case of Rising late. This reason affects most of the students. This happens mainly during exams time because they think that even if they will rise early they would not be able to complete their studies. So, they prefer late night sleep and late morning rise. But, this will affect their brain and they will forget everything they have prepared foe the exam.
So, to become a happy, healthy and wise person you have to sleep early and rise early.
