no nam is not irrelevant today as they still help un to maintain peace in the world

Answer:

NAM is today still relevant. It was  based on one principle that countries which are decolonised share an affiliation. They can together have a powerful impact.As per NAM no poor country needs to follow powerful ones.

Rather they can have their very own foreign independent policy. It democratise the values of the global system and considers addressing world issues such as inequalities and poverty.
