In the ending the child doesn't find his parents but and helpful kind man who decides to help the helpless sad boy and asking him what does he want. The man suggests a lot of things for him like the gulmohur garland or to listen to the snake charmer but then goes to the buffi shop to ask if he wants sweets but refused and countinued to ask for his parents.
