Answer:

It's aim is to keep the chef and the people safe.

Explanation:

Consider a family consisting of a couple and two kids.

The mother is cooking in the kitchen. She doesn't know any safety measures while being in the kitchen. So, she uses her phone near the stove, leaves the stove on even after cooking, doesn't let the smoke go off the kitchen. After these situations, the lady would die in a second as her phone explodes over her, or the things in the kitchen catch fire because of excess use and the gas cylinder blasts or she would suffovate in the midst of the smoke, and ultimately die. Not only her, the family would also die.

If she knows all the precautions, she'll use her phone out of the kitchen, she won't allow any smoke to be present in the kitchen, and check the gas regulator time to time or don't forget to turn it off or even if sure to turn it off already but has some doubt for it to be turned on, she'll rush to the kitchen and assure that it's off conpletely.

Like this, she'll be able to keep herself and her family as safe as before.
