if it's about students then they should be involved in most creative curricular activity by the school.if you want a person to take up a creative field first u should make that person understand the success he is going to get taking it.If the person comes to know there's no success he or she won't get interested in it.heor she should have an idea about it and should be interested then only the person will get success.
